Cancellations & Policies:
In the event of cancellation, a full or partial refund of rental fee and/or security deposit may be made dependent on Owner's ability to rent to other parties for the specified rental period. Pro rata refund (except administration fee of 25% of total rental) will apply if we are able to rent the condo during your reserved dates. Refunds are at sole discretion of the Owner and no refunds will be made due to inclement weather or travel conditions. We strongly recommend vacation insurances.

"Tim, Thanks!! We had a blast! It was the perfect spot to end our tour of the island. Just in case you want to update the inventory: we left behind a cooler, a beach umbrella, a beach mat (I think you're up to 5 or 6 now), and a soccer ball. The place is wonderful! (not to mention the views from the lanai.) The breezes were such that we ran the A/C for about 15 mins one day, that was it! AND you are so easy to work with!! Thanks a million!!
