Cancellations & Policies:

Cancellations 61 or more days from arrival will be 100% Refunded, less a $250 processing fee.
In the event of cancellation within 60 or fewer days before arrival, a full or partial refund of the rental fee and/or security deposit may depend on the Owner's ability to rent to other parties for the specified rental period. A Pro-rata refund (except the administration fee of 25% of the total rental) will apply if we can rent the condo during your reserved dates. Refunds are at the Owner's sole discretion, and no refunds will be made due to inclement weather or travel conditions. We strongly recommend vacation insurance. "Excellent place to stay when in Wailea with very responsive hosts. So happy we stayed here over a resort since all beaches are public. 5 mins drive to wailea beach or 20 mins walk. Amazing view from the balcony. Beach accessories like chairs and boogie boards all provided. We were only 2 people but a small family can definitely stay here comfortably. Very comfortable king size bed. Only comment is to make sure the grill is clean before using it. We stayed all over Maui and this was our favourite place."
